Xi'an Helitin Bell Tech21 Co., Ltd, established in 2001, is a Sino-Japan joint venture specialized in manufacturing cutting plotter& grit roller. There is large-scale advanced plant equipped with advanced production lines imported from Japan in northwest of China. Our plant has more than 200 employees including 65 engineers and Japanese professional research and development personnel that have over 10 years' experience in advertising equipment industry.
Covering an area of 4000 square meters of the plant, the company has about USD$3 million fixed assets, US$8 million for export annually. We have owned seven permission of intellectual property right from SIPO of China benefited from the advanced equipment and strong technical team. The production process and every procedure of our product are strictly performed according to the Japanese enterprise management standards. Each year we arrange our staff to the Japanese company to take part in all kinds of professional training.

Our main products include the cutting plotter, grit roller, raster, blades (Roland& Graphtec) , blade holder (Roland& Graphtec), rubber roller, stainless steel belt, decoder, free lead paste and stainless steel wires.

With annual production of 1.5 million units, the magnetic flux of Grit Roller is ranged from 5.0mm to 150mm. Based on the patented technology and advanced processing equipments from Japan, we incorporated our new research results and innovations into our products. Currently, the grit roller has shared about 90% of the domestic market, and entering into the Southeast Asia market.
