“Mt.Fuji” roller is a kind of machinery tool, adopting the electrochemistry recombination process technology. Its surface is regularly arranged by some fine protrusions (steel stick ) with the same distant, height and similar dimension.The top diameter of the protrusion is 10μm~100μm,height 30μm~100μm,distant 0.2mm~2.0mm.
